Rhythm Health, to it’s core, is a safe space for men to be authentic, unfiltered and raw. It’s a space where real clarity and growth can actualise. The thoughtfully crafted brand copy is accompanied by a range of visual devices, that together communicate this story of the Rhythm Health brand. Strong, masculine feeling typography that makes up the logo, is softened by a wave device which signifies the body’s innate rhythm. Silhouettes of a man’s figure, face and hand represent the body which is a ‘system of systems’. These devices have been carefully curated to represent Rhythm Health as a brand, and also to form an initial connection with the men the brand wishes to help.

During the rebrand of Rhythm Health, there was an exploration of what the brand’s ‘edge’ looks like and how founder Nick could step out of his comfort zone to embrace this new chapter of his business. As Nick has grand plans to continue growing his offering and outreach to ultimately help more people in the world, it was vital that the new branding felt true to who Nick is as a founder and a coach, while also speaking to the men he works with.
