As a one woman show, all orders will be sent out twice a week (within 48 hours of placing your order). If you need your order to be processed more quickly, please reach out via email and I may be able to process your order sooner.
I am not responsible for any customs, import or administrate fees that may apply in your country. The customer is responsible for their package, if returned to sender (marked as unclaimed or incorrect address) Lize Designs Store does not offer free shipping back to the customer.
Lize Designs Store is not responsible for stolen or lost packages, however, we will do everything we can to track down the parcel.

However, if you receive your item(s) and are disappointed for any reason, e.g. the item is broken or damaged, please email me within 7 days of receiving the item(s) at firstname.lastname@example.org and I will do my best to assist you.
If 7 days have gone by since receiving your item, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Lize Designs Store currently ships to Australia, New Zealand, United Kingdom, Europe, United States and Canada. If you are located outside of these countries and would like to purchase an item, please contact me at email@example.com and I will look into arranging shipping to your country.
Standard post: 3-10 business days - $10 AUD
Express post: 3-5 business days - $15 AUD
Free pickup (from Richmond) is also available for those based in Melbourne.
Standard post: 10-25 business days - $25 AUD
Express post: 6-15 business days - $50 AUD
Delivery times displayed on the site are subject to change and include handling times. You'll receive an email once your item(s) have been shipped. Depending on which shipping method you choose, you may or may not get a tracking number.
